Special Guest: Region 9 Director Dale Harvill

Mr. Harvill discussed the following subjects: Region 9 Show a success with
much thanks going to Margo Shallcross who ran a great show. Numbers not yet
available. Improvements noted with changes in management since mergere. Public
was under false impression of the Arabian horse & with this leadership it
appears to be a favorable change.

Region 9 Dressage/Sport Horse July 14, 2006 in Waco, Tx.
Cutting Show in Bay City, Tx. - will not cost Region 9 any funds. Working
Horse Club footing bill & they are resposbible for bringing Cutting back to
Region 9.

TREASURY; Bill Eash

Fiesta Show huge success but had many challenges that were overcome. They
had 40 volunteers!

Bill presented Margo Shallcross outgoing President with Appreciation Plaque.

YOUTH: Jeane Harford

Youth of the Year:

Under 13 years of age: Katie Casey & she received a $500.00 savings bond.

Ages 14-18 years: Maddie Colley & she received a $500.00 savings b ond.

On August 11, 2006 Youth Club are going to Seaworld. End of year party &
elections on August 26, 2006 at Dave & Busters
