Youth Club Report – New T-shirts for Fiesta Show, Silent Auction went well & will have total received from auction at a later meeting

Fiesta Report – Bill Eash – Approximately $16,100 profit from Show. Drapes need repairs & storage boxes

Old Business – Annual Meeting – 6:30 Cash Bar, 7:00 Dinner, Approximately $25 - $30 per plate. E-blast will be sent out with request for RSVP’s for plate count. Talk to Dr Ball concerning presentation for August meeting.

New Business - Jeanne Pegg suggested we change Presentation for Horse Achievement Awards to between Saturday evening between classes at Fiesta Show

Suggestion made to give out Baseball Caps for 1st Place at show.

Have speaker’s present program at meetings on the jobs need at the Fiesta Show.
