ALAMO ARABIAN YOUTH CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Horsefest: Maddie and Kaitlyn are going to Horsefest to represent the youth club.

Fundraising: We have decided to make bags of dog treats and sell them at the SASHA show. We still have to meet and put the bags together.

Vet School Tour: We will be touring the Vet School at College Station. Sherrie will get more information on that.

Silent Auction: We need to start gathering items for the silent auction now, so we can get a head start.

Next Meeting: At Freedom Classic
