---Clinic: Liz Williams is the adult coordinator. Carol Stohlman will most likely be the clinician. We are not sure where it will take place. We are questioning a number of places such as K Bar M, Double Diamond, and the Stones.

---Skye made a motion to up the horse fest spending budget. Alexa seconded the motion. Then the motion was defeated.

Alexa made a motion to have a budget by the next meeting. Maddie seconded the motion.

Maddie is making the budget and will have it ready by the next meeting.

---Delegates for horse fest: Maddie and Kaitlyn. We are also trying to think of some ideas for fun getting-to-know you games for the kids at horse fest.

---We are trying to decide if the budget will allow giving money and contributing to SASHA.

---MONEY MAKING IDEAS---

-sell horse treats, dog treats, and possibly give human food for a donation at some of the shows at the Rose Palace.

-The SASHA show will let us use the lower level of the office for selling purposes.

-We could also clean stalls for 5 dollar donations.
