Clinic

-Liz Williams was the adult coordinator
-Next clinic, add more horses to each section
-We need more auditors
-Next year we are going to target Kim Potts and Kat for a clinic

Silent Auction

-Sherri Youngblood is the adult coordinator
-We have reserved a page in the Premium book
-We are looking forward to the announcer announcing donators at the beginning of each section
-An updated letter is in progress
-For each item you get or donate, please take a business card from the person you get it from
-Our goal is to get two items from each person by the next meeting
-Group picture is on Thursday evening at the Rose Palace

Volunteer Project

-Sharon Colley is the adult coordinator
-We are steering towards the Satellite Center
-We need to find out when their next event is

Fun Show

-Lisa Eberhardt is the adult coordinator
-We are targeting October
-Look for places
-Decide on a date

Trail Ride

-Under 18, wear a helmet
-Saturday March 15
-Bandera State Park
-It is VERY Rocky. Shoes are recommended
$6.00 for adults $3.00 for kids 13 and under

Sasha Show is coming up!!! Good luck to those who are going!!!

Choose wisely when it comes to helmets!!!

September 23, 2007 Meeting Minutes

Start Time- 2:26

On the two day clinic with the Kathy and Travis Braden, the first day is only for the youth and the second day is for both adults and youth. Liz is the adult coordinator for the clinic. (Liz please call to find a date)

We narrowed down the community service to Osborne and Satellite Centers. By October 12 we need to decide which one to do first. Sharon is the adult coordinator.

By our next meeting we need to do the Silent Auction Thank You Cards!!! Bring the supplies!!!

The next Youth of the Year scholarship ($5,000) is available for graduating seniors. (Hannah, Casey, and Micah)

We need to find out if Ted Blanch will let us use Double Diamond for our play day. (Jeanne needs to ask!)

We decided the presentation to the big club needs to be 3-5 minutes long.

Jeanne needs to ask if we are going to have a bake sale at the Sasha Show.

We have moved the next meeting to November 3, 2007 at Alexa’s House because of the Austin mini show.

9. We need to get everything done before considering a guest speaker.
